Voluntary service of museums is an important symbol of civilization and progress in modern society, an important content of cultivating and practicing socialist core values, and an important channel for social forces to participate in the construction of museums.

Recently, the recruitment of new volunteers for the Museum of Weixian Concentration Camp in Ledaoyuan has officially come to an end. The newly recruited volunteers have passed the interview, internship and assessment, adding fresh blood to the Lebo volunteer team.

On November 6th, the Museum officially launched a new volunteer training program, aiming to let every enthusiastic and energetic volunteer exercise their ability, broaden their horizon, gain happiness and grow continuously through volunteer service, so as to show a good image of the new generation of Chinese youth.

By using lively and easy to understand language, the teachers explained in detail a series of rules and regulations that volunteers should know, such as "Basic Knowledge of Museums", "Volunteer Service Manual", "Volunteer Service Regulations" and "Pre-service Etiquette of Volunteers", so as to strengthen volunteers' awareness of rules. At the same time, we also conducted practical training on body shape etiquette, so that each volunteer can quickly master the knowledge and basic norms of body shape etiquette in the combination of learning and doing.

Finally, in order to let the volunteers better understand the training content, so that the volunteers can learn something, learn something and use what they have learned, the teacher led the volunteers into the exhibition hall to demonstrate and introduce the exhibition content in detail, and further strengthen the volunteers' understanding and cognition of the LEGO culture and volunteer position.

The intense, orderly and rich training has come to an end, but for the new volunteers, to become a qualified volunteer still needs a series of learning and exercise. Whether in what kind of service job, in the face of what kind of service objects, are always the "dedication, love, mutual aid and progress" volunteer spirit in mind, service to the heart, in carrying forward and practicing the socialist core values, to promote voluntary service in social governance, spreading museum culture play its proper role.
